When Andrew Pierce and Ashley Hudson first met in a church in Hamburg they were certain there was no going back. Ashley was only 17 and never had a boyfriend so the two took things really slow. The two fell in love on first sight. Andrew wanted to ask God for one more thing to do on New Year's Day, just prior to 2016and that was when Ashley accepted to marry Andrew. Ashley wanted to have the wedding with a rustic, folk theme which reflected her as well as Andrew. The couple incorporated a bit of everything they love for the big day. Ashley was a child on the 40-acre land that was chosen for the wedding venue. Ashley knew the whole area, having walked through it and playing on the land. Andrew, Ashley and their acquaintances had walked through this area several times when they began dating. Since the wedding was largely homemade, personalization played a big aspect. Andrew's father as well as Ashley as well as Ashley made both the ceremony arch and the arches for the seats. Ashley made and painted many of the wedding decorations. Ashley says that she would have been disappointed if Anna her florist from Magnolia Belle Floral hadn't completed her incredible floral design to us, our wedding may not have been as amazing feeling that I had hoped it would. Absolutely stunning.
