Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples (born Aubrey Peeples) is an American actress and performer from America. She was awarded the best actress award for her performances in Nashville in the 2012 drama, in which she played Layla Grant. She also was awarded the prize in Sharknado 2013, where she portrayed Claudia Shepard. Also, she portrayed the lead character Jerrica Jem Betnton on the film Jem and the Holograms (2005). Aubrey Peeples, the child of Wendy Peeples and Ashley Peeples, grew up in Lake Mary Florida. She is the younger sibling of Ally. Aubrey worked with Orlando Repertory Theatre ten years during her youth. Her graduation ceremony from Lake Mary Preparatory School was as valedictory address of class 2012. Harvard University admitted her, but she had to agree to her admission the second time because of her Nashville role. Peeples guest-starred in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) and had regular roles in Necessary Roughness (1991). She was in the made-for TV films Ace Ventura Jr.: Pet Detective (2009) and The Good Mother. She played a significant role as Layla Grant on the Nashville Drama Series in its second season. Peeples spoke about her bipolar disorder in a 2019 interview in NKD Magazine. Indiewire has ranked Peeples at the top of their list of the top actors under the age of twenty-one in September 2014.
